2. How did you feel about the quality of the materials? 📜

1 = poor, 5 = lovely.

This wasn't the case for the experimental version, but future editions will include: 1 essay, 1 postcard, 1 sticker, and 1 “surprise” element. Do you feel this is enough? Is there something else you'd like to see included? Bear in mind that going over 100g per envelope adds significant complication and cost to shipping.

4. Would you pay £14/$19 a month? 💷

The insert I included about pricing wasn't accurate in the end. I need to budget £4 for postage, and materials are about £3 — so £7 in cost. To make this work going forward I have to partner with a fulfilment house. They'll take a cut, but I don't know what it is yet; let's imagine it's £2. I'd like to profit £5 per send, as that means this can be a viable revenue vertical in my business (which means it can survive and scale).

So: would you pay £14/$19 a month for this? Please be honest. Don't try to make me feel good with “yes, of course!”, and don't try to get me to drop the price with “no, but I'd pay £7”. This has to be the cost +/- £1 to continue, and I have to know if you'll actually support it.
